Great water view spot! Calamari is excellent! Clam chowder is the tastiest yet...but...there was not a single piece of clam in the chowder. The roasted garlic with bread is a must try. Oysters seemed a little not right. One especially had a horrid after taste and almost made me sick. Overall I'm saying that the disappointing parts felt more like an accident than a normal thing. Would have no problem returning (especially if I could get some clam in my clam chowder!) Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Cleanliness: 4 Quality: 3 Value: 3

I have eaten here 3 times and the food quality bounces between 3.5 and 4, depending on the dish. People in my group loved the seafood one night, and then the second time the calamari was not quite as good. Would I go back here again? Yes, and so would everyone that ate there. Service is great. Never had a bad experience. My friend said the rock fish he ate was fantastic. We never have to wait for a table.

After browsing around all the restaurant competitors at the Old Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey, CA, I decided to settle here for the Cioppino all seafood stew. It wasn't as expensive as expected since the dish starts in the $42 range before taxes and tips. You can find the cheaper version under $40 at Cafe Fina down a few doors, but their Cioppino comes with fettuccine noodles. Different environments. I didn't want to eat too much, so Cioppino was just right. Squeeze in the piece of lemon! Absolutely delicious indeed. Yummy. Love everything with crab meat, scallops, clams, mussels, fish/salmon, etc. or whatever catch they mix together. Tomato sauce was excellent in the blend. Toasted garlic bread was good for dipping into the stew. Bread and butter is available as a complimentary side. It gets pretty windy out in the patio at times. There's plenty of good seating inside and outside with comfortable views to enjoy your meal onsite. I wish that I could eat more, but food portions are pretty generous in servings here. Stuffed! Staffs are always providing excellent service and checking on customers at tables. Friendly vibes. Owner or senior management was sweeping the floors and keeping the place clean while greeting visitors as they came by to look at the menu at front door. It's definitely a place to bring your friends, families, and/or special dates. Looking forward to future visits.

I have been coming to this restaurant for about 55 years! When it started next door and they were first handing out samples! We liked it! They got so busy we had to share tables the lines were so long Each year we came back We lived in Turlock ca He then built the big restaurant where it is today! We've never missed a beat And still love it! I have brought several friends here! Now my sons come when I die A big party is planned
